• People dont know what they’re capable of until they try it
• We decide what we put our efforts and attention to
• Relaxation sometimes doesn’t relax us
• We’re aware of how we’re seen unlike 5 year olds
• Telling your story or listening to others stories is a good thing

• We know what we believe in but we don’t like to say it out loud

First impression: On self reliance

The impression that I had was that people are afraid to speak their minds more than half the time. They think they might be wrong and they’re too afraid to be wrong not knowing that being wrong sometimes is okay. If they were to be wrong it gives them an opportunity to learn something know so they won’t make that mistake again. Sometimes what they’re about to say could be what someone else is afraid to say meaning some might have the same thoughts but they’re also afraid to speak up. You could possibly be answering someone else’s question, if you were to speak up.
